The River Carnival 2013

Harta participated and sponsored The River Carnival 2013 which was held on 29 June 2013 at SMK Melawati, Selangor. It’s one of the many programs of River of Life (ROL) by Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID), Malaysia.

Various interesting activities were held, aimed to expose children and increase awareness of the importance of river to our life. Such activities include Upcycling Nature Art Competition, Young River Scientist Programme, variety of games and mini nature exhibition.

Datuk IR Hj Ahmad Husaini bin Sulaiman, Director General, DID together with ROL program partners released 3 species of fish into the Klang River which flow behind SMK Melawati
